I will not be hypocrite ad say everybody look nice and friendly because they don't. Right after they introduce the flight attendant team and they talk about their experience and how fun the base they work is. The first 30 minutes they explain the company model, talk about their airplanes, training, payment and other things. I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. On 11/15 I got the email to have Checkster do a reference check with at least 7 references. I passed the group interview and then did the face-to-face interview with one of the recruiters, Ashley.
